Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item(s).
We have a 30 day Hassle-Free return policy. Return any item for any reason for 30 days. We work with you to make returning your item(s) easy and painless. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges and there is a 15% restocking fee on the price of the returned items.
Contact us for an RMA# before returning any items back to us. You can email us for an RMA# at CustomerService@BarchDesigns.com or call us at 877-201-9771 and we will assign you one. Package up your item safely and securely and be sure to write the RMA# of the outside of the box. Return it to the address noted in the return RMA email. Your refund will be refunded back through the same form of payment in which the order was paid. For instance, your refund payment will be credited back to your credit card if you paid by credit card, and PayPal payments will be refunded through your PayPal account.
