General Shipping Info

We make every effort to get your order out the next business day, and if there is any reason your order is delayed beyond 3 days we will contact you promptly. Orders typically ship within 3 business days after your order is placed if anything is out of stock at the time your order is placed. We ship Optima Batteries exclusively through UPS to the 48 states only. All other items in our store are shipped with the shipping carrier of our choice. This includes USPS, UPS, and may include others. You will receive a tracking number (if the carrier offers one) by email as soon as the item ships. If you need your items shipped faster please call us for a shipping quote. We can overnight your order in most cases.

Order Tracking

Updates about your order will come from the email address "shipping@optimatrays.com". Please make sure this email is not blocked by your spam filter so you can receive the tracking emails and order updates. You can also login to check the status of your order and see the latest tracking information by looking at your order history.

FREE Shipping

FREE shipping applies to orders of $50 or more (subtotal pre sales tax) being delivered within the contiguous 48 states only. All other orders will incurr a shipping charge.

International Shipping

If you need items shipped outside the 48 states, please call us for a shipping quote. We ship everywhere in the world (except Batteries), or can send your shipment to a freight forwarder. Most items can be combined into a flat rate box for a low combined shipping rate.

Ship To Location for large orders

We may at our discretion require that your order be shipped to your verified billing address of the payment method. High dollar orders may also require a signature upon delivery.
