Most items usually ship the same business day if ordered before 2pm EST. All items will ship within 3 business days if they are not in stock the day of your order. We ship via UPS Ground and you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the item ships. If you need your items shipped faster please call us. Make sure emails from "auto-notify@ups.com" are not blocked by your spam filter so you can receive the tracking emails. If there is any delay in shipping your order we will contact you promptly.

FREE UPS shipping applies to the contiguous 48 states only. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other outlying areas please call us before placing your order. Some items can still be shipped FREE through the US Postal Service, but heavier items such as batteries can not.

If you need items shipped internationally, please call us for a shipping quote. All international orders are sent by US Priority Mail and typically received within 6-10 business days depending on distance from the USA.
