Shipping
Orders are processed, packaged, and shipped within 1 business day of receiving your order. Shipments are processed Monday through Saturday. No Shipping on Sundays.

Domestic orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail (typically 2-3 days domestic, 7-10 days to Canada) Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. If you need your items shipped via UPS, or if your order is urgent for overnight delivery please call us for arrangements.

International orders may take longer (up to 30 days) to arrive through USPS. Import duties, taxes, and any other fees assessed by your country are the customer's responsibility and may be assessed and collected upon delivery.

Returns
No questions asked 30 day return policy. I work with everyone who needs to return the items purchased in a reasonable and fair manner so everyone is satisfied. If you have any special circumstances please call me and we will work something out. Officially this is my return policy: Return your product back to us, and you will receive a refund for the cost of the product minus a 10% restocking fee. original shipping fees are not refunded. Your original payment method will be refunded within 1 business day after I receive the product returned. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping and packaging costs to make sure it adequately protected and reaches my shop safely. Please include a note indicating your Order Number to assist in promptly processing your return. Now that you've read my official return policy, please know that I do my best to go above and beyond for the customer as much as I can.
